To enjoy your Serenity by Chelles home fragrance products at their best, please follow the care instructions below.
Soy Wax Candles (Wooden Wicks)
-Trim wick to approximately 5mm before each burn
-Allow wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn (2–3 hours)
-Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time
-Keep away from drafts
-Never leave a burning candle unattended
Reed Diffusers
-Place on a flat, protected surface
-Insert reeds and allow fragrance to absorb naturally
-Flip reeds every few days to refresh the scent
-Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
Room Sprays
-Shake gently before use
-Spray 2–3 times into the air as needed
-Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics, furniture or skin
Soy Wax Melt Snap Bars
-Snap off 1–2 pieces and place in a wax burner
-Allow to melt and release fragrance
-Do not add water
-Never leave burner unattended
Car Diffusers
-Unscrew lid, remove stopper, replace lid and gently tip to absorb fragrance
-Hang securely in your vehicle
-Refresh scent by gently tipping when needed
-Avoid contact with surfaces
Storage & General Care
-Store products in a cool, dry place
-Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
-Use within 12 months for best fragrance quality
